I waited for weeks and there was basically no update the whole time. My order were just sitting in limbo, and it got frustrating not knowing when it would actually show up.

I don’t know, I just didn’t really like how the fabric felt. It was scratchy and a bit stiff to me, so not what I was hoping for.

I ordered a dress from Duffield Lane , and the color looked really different in person compared to the photos online . It was a lot duller than I expected , so I was disappointed . I just wish the pictures showed the color more accurately .

Some of the pieces are definitely cute and easy to wear, but after browsing for a while, everything started to feel kind of samey. I kept thinking I’d find something a little different, but it felt like the goalposts kept moving — the styles looked promising at first, then ended up being just another version of the same thing. Not bad overall, I just expected more variety.

Umm, my order showed up around when they said it would, just about a day later than I was hoping. The tracking worked fine the whole time, and the package arrived in good shape.

I sent my return back and the return itself went through without any issues, but I’ve been waiting way longer than expected for the refund to show up. It’s been frustrating because I thought the process would be quicker once they received it

The outer bag was super thin and already torn when it got to me, and the items inside were kind of loose with barely any protection. For the price, I was expecting it to feel a little more put together.

One of the tops had a strange crease, and the plastic wrapping around it was half open, which made the whole order feel rushed or careless. Nothing was damaged enough to make a huge fuss, but it definitely didn’t give me a great first impression. I’m not sure I’d order again if this is how things usually ship

I ordered a top from Duffield Lane, when it first showed up, I thought it was really cute. The style was nice, the fit seemed good, and I was excited to wear it.

I had a good experience shopping on duffieldlane.com. The site was easy to navigate, and checking out was quick... which I always appreciate. I also liked the product photos, they made it easier to see what I was getting. My only little complaint is the filters could be better, I had to click around more than I wanted to find what I was looking for.

They have some really cute stuff, and I kept seeing things I liked, but then my size was sold out every time. Kind of frustrating because I’d get excited, then nope, not available. I still like the styles, but I couldn’t actually buy what I wanted

I’ll be fair and say the clothes are definitely cute, and I can see why people like the style. But for the price, I was expecting better quality. It’s not terrible by any means, it just doesn’t feel like it matches what they’re charging. If it were a bit cheaper, I’d probably feel differently.
